Jurkovič Heating Plant is one of the last surviving witnesses of the former Apollo refinery. The renovated Jurkovič Heating Plant provides unique coworking spaces while remaining accessible to the general public throughout the entire ground floor, including the lively square.

The design emphasizes numerous historic structural details, original segmented columns, and notably the dominant trio of hoppers, for which the reconstruction created a distinctive and magnificent representative space that retains their original "rawness" and color schemes.
